I entered Kynlie in the Jr Barrel Racing during the fair and she practiced and had the patern down and could do it by herself. Then came rodeo day and she was being her dingy little self, not paying attention to anything so I led her through the pattern. When I let go of the horse to send her home, she told me she was ready, then JJ took off on her and her head was hitting his butt as he was loping. She wasn't holding on to anything when I let go and couldn't hold herself up. They got JJ stopped at the end of the arena and he stopped fast and Kynlie fell off on her head. Luckily all she had was a little road rash on her forehead and cheek. She promises me next time she'll hold on!
The basement walls went up and we did a lot of work on the house. My dad and I got really good with wacker packers and paint rollers full of tar!
